You're Healed By His Wound

"But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5

"Sir, this is your medical report and your report doesn't look good. We are concerned about you". If the medical experts give you a report such as this, your future and life will become a question mark. The fear of death will rob your entire peace and it will lead you to live a life full of depression.

Can God heal in such a situation? Is anything too difficult for God?

Not long ago a sickness formed on my body. I secretly went to consult the doctor regarding my condition. I was haunted by fear when I was in the doctor's room. During my check up this is what the doctor said to me, "I am so worried about your condition". Those words from the doctor really destroyed my peace and hope. I was just kept quiet in that room. The doctor gave me some medication and asked me to come again for further check up. I left the doctor's room silently and while I was walking to my car I said to the Lord Jesus, "Lord, You have the final word in my life, not the doctor. I trust in You. My life is in Your hands." I followed the medication for some time but it is not effective for my condition. So I stopped the medication. Days went by but I didn't go for the following medical check up. I just let it go.

Almost everyday I'll spend time with the Lord in my room, talking to Him, singing in the spirit and worshiping Him. During that time I often lay my hand on the place where the sickness was formed. This is what I said to the Lord, "Lord, this condition of mine is really troubling me, and I lost my peace because of this situation. Lord, heal me from this condition." To cut the long story short, miraculously the Lord touched me and I was healed completely and there is no trace of that condition in me. Truly the Lord has the final say in my life.

The Bible described our God as "Rapha". Rapha in the Hebrew word means cure, make whole or heal. God the Rapha is your Healer and Curer of your symptoms, pain, and sicknesses. He makes things whole again through His mighty hands. Without knowing this truth many of us are leaving in the fear of death. Doctors could give a bad report but God's report says, "By His wounds we are healed". Isaiah 53:5. It's not that you will get healed but you are already been healed by His wounds. The Lord Jesus went through all the pain and died on the cross so that you will be healed from every sickness and pains.

Dearest, there is only one thing that will make a difference whether you are healed or not healed. It is by believing and having faith that by His wounds and broken body you are healed. No matter what the expert's say, God is saying that "you're healed".
