BENJAMIN THIRU
Pastor Ben is originally from Malaysia. He is married to Elsey and they have two lovely children: Bella Zoe and Evangel Lemuel.
When Ben was younger he had a terrible stammer, that impacted on his relationships, self-esteem and his learning. However, at the age of 19 he saw a miraculous vision of Jesus in the sky and became a Christian – his life being changed forever. A few months later Ben was healed of his stammer and was through God’s help, able to complete his education and go to university.
Since then Ben has been involved in campus ministry, he has worked with young working adults and in 2014 he pioneered a church in rural Malaysia. Since then Ben has been used by God in evangelistic crusades and healing rallies in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Singapore, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Uganda, Pakistan, Nigeria, Switzerland and Brazil.
In May 2021 God spoke to Pastor Ben saying that He would bring him and his family to Europe. In July 2021 they obeyed and served God in a church in Switzerland for three months before God led them to Criccieth Wales, UK in November 2021.
Ben was appointed as the Senior Pastor of Goleudy Community Church in May 2023. IN Sepember 2023 Ben completed his MA in Ministry through Lucent University USA.
