The Fruit Of Our Lips

"From the fruit of their lips people enjoy good things, but the unfaithful have an appetite for violence." Proverbs 13:2

There is fruit in every spoken word. Our words either build or destroy. As the Bible says in Proverbs 18:21 that death and life are in the power of our tongue, we have to be very mindful of what we are saying. The fruit of our lips will return to us somehow. Good or bad fruit of our lips will come back to us.

Probably, where some people are in life today could be an outcome of what they have been saying about themselves. That can be reversed by speaking life into our life, marriage, health, family, finance, ministry, etc.

Instead of saying, "I can't..., I won't be successful..., my marriage will never work..., or I will never get healed..." Start speaking life, say something like this, "I can do all things through Christ, my marriage is restored, I am healed by the stripes of the Lord Jesus.

Since we all have to eat the words we say, we should make sure every word is good.
