Be Strong And Courageous

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them; for the LORD your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6

There is no one as faithful as the Lord Jesus Christ! No matter where you are right now on this journey of life, remember the Lord is with you. People and the world may turn their backs on you, but the Lord will always be faithful to you. This is His promise to all His children.

In the world that we are living in today, many things can discourage and cripple us. So many people are living in continued fear and anxiety. New tasks at work place, health issues, family problems, financial crises and fear of the future can terrify a person. But the Lord never intended His children to live life in such ways.

The Bible says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them; for the LORD your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6. Is it possible for anyone to be strong and courageous at all times? Of course, with our own strength and human limitations, we can’t live such a life. But you and I can be strong and courageous in any situation because of the Lord’s presence in our lives. When He is with you, no one and nothing can harm you.

He is our greatest strength in our weaknesses. His presence in us is more than enough to face any situation. You can walk confidently in this journey of life knowing that the Lord Jesus is faithful to the end. No matter how big the obstacles in front of you are, be strong and courageous; be not afraid, but be confident that the Lord is with you to the end. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
